How to list a Hanoi property in 60 seconds
Five photos to take, four facts to include and how to write the price so buyers stop scrolling and call.
On Dat Ha Noi a listing needs three things: photos, a few lines of text and a price. The site does the rest. It shrinks the photos, reads the area and number of floors, works out the price per m² and builds a share image for Zalo and Facebook.
Five photos worth taking
- The front of the house or plot, from far enough back to show the entrance. Use it as the cover.
- The lane or street outside, shot along the lane so buyers can judge its width.
- The living room or ground floor, lights on, curtains open.
- A bedroom and a bathroom, the two rooms buyers ask about most.
- The red book with its number and owner name covered, if you want the listing to look more trustworthy.
Four facts to include
- Area and floors: "45m² 4 floors" is read automatically.
- Frontage: "4m frontage".
- Access: car to the door, two cars can pass, or a narrow alley. In Hanoi this moves the price more than the area does.
- Papers: red book in the owner's name, shared title, or title in progress.
Writing the price
Type it the way you would say it: "8.5 ty", "850 trieu" or "negotiable". With an area, buyers also see the price per m² and can compare it with other listings in the same ward.
After posting
Every listing gets a short link and a share image with the price printed on it. Keep your private manage link to change the price, mark the property sold or renew it. Listings expire after 30 days, so buyers only see homes that are still for sale.
